The Tectus Device was a time-travel device built by Nephill Kilner when he was Darth Tectus using the theory of flow-walking. It was built from Magmos Kilithar, a special Sith Tremor Sword, and a Trilithon Crystal Matrix. Joff Tadro found it after Nephill dropped it while fleeing from Dinovia after an epic battle with his family. Only Force-sensitives can use it.
