The 1991 Winston Open was a Winston Cup Series (now Nextel Cup) All-Star qualifier event held at Lowe's Motor Speedway on May 19, 1991. Michael Waltrip blew away the field, starting on the pole and driving away to a 4.45 second-victory on Sterling Marlin. Waltrip would finish 6th in the All-Star race.
