Simok , born at the end of the 2120s decade, circa 2128-2129, was a Vulcan quantum physicist and formerly an administrator at the Central Research Institute of Aldebaran III. In the year 2269, Simok was appointed to the Chronal Assessment Committee because of his scientific expertise. After the formation of the Federation Department of Temporal Investigations the following year, Simok was appointed deputy director.
