Sometime Legion reject Tusker's powers over time evolved so he no longer had just unbreakable tusks, but also an unbreakable skeleton and enhanced durability. He mutated into a large grey-skinned monstrous creature. When Superboy-Prime returned he freed the inmates of Takron-Galtos and formed a new Legion of Super-Villains, including the Fatal Five and the Justice League of Earth.
