Currently in its fourth year, FlagPlus Football is one of Canada's largest men's flag football leagues. Located in Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto, FlagPlus offers indoor football leagues in both the Winter and Spring seasons. We play forty-eight minute, six-on-six games on Saturday and Sunday evenings. By offering four divisions, we encourage football at all levels from participative to highly competitive. Our games take place on FieldTurf® surfaces inside some of Canada's most state-of-the-art sporting facilities. In the Winter 2008 season, over 80 teams have signed up for FlagPlus Football leagues.
