Stone Cloud is an Earth-elemental spell in Seiken Densetsu 3. It is a Level 3 attack spell that has a chance to Petrify the target. Angela can use the spell if she becomes a Rune Master (dark-light path). The Basilisk Fang item simulates the effect of this spell.
