Nebbie is the primary advisor to the Kinglet of the Isle of Phreex. Nebbie is a very fat man who is constantly at the kinglet's side, advising him on the use of royal language. He wears a short red coat, a wide white vest, and blue knee-breeches all embroidered in gold.
