Force Deflection is a Universal power used by those who are without a lightsaber, or choose not to carry one. The ability can be used to ward off incoming attacks, such as incoming projectiles, and also some Force powers as well, like Force Lightning. It takes great skill in the Force to use this ability and most prefer to use lightsabers instead to deflect incoming attacks.
