Gurgitator is Cervantes' joke weapon in Soulcalibur IV and Soulcalibur V. Its form resembles two shish kebabs with large slabs of meat and veggies skewered on it. It can be bought in Character Creation for 12,400 Gold after completing Story Mode with Cervantes. It has HP Burst equipped by default as a skill, which allows players to recover HP by pressing A+B+K simultaneously during battle, though their Soul Gauge will gradually decrease after a certain amount of time. In Soulcalibur V, it is unlocked at player level 53 like all joke weapons.
