Actor Phillip King appeared on Coronation Street in March 1995 as Paul Bascombe, a psychiatric nurse who worked alongside Martin Platt at Weatherfield General. His other credits include roles in Hetty Wainthropp Investigates, In Suspicious Circumstances, The Ward, The Grand and Picking up the Pieces. King also produced a short film entitled Beautiful Mistake in 2000.
