A Dream Drop is a mysterious water drop in NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams found throughout the Night Dimension, the Dream Gate, and Nightopias. When all 60 are acquired, then the water in the fountain turns multi-color and if Will or Helen jump into it, they will turn into Elliot and Claris, respectively, allowing the player to play as them. The player can jump back into the fountain to change back. Unfortunately, this does not change the cutscenes, as they stay as Will & Helen. The collected drops are stored in the fountain at the center of the Dream Gate's courtyard.
