Colin Shelbourn was Look-in’s second Editor taking over from Alan Fennell in 1975 and staying until 1992. Colin gained a graphic design degree at college, and stated working for Marshall Cavendish partworks. He stayed a year before being taken on as Look-in's Art Editor, he stayed at Look-in 21 years, becoming the Editor in 1975.
