Riddinite was a strong, brick-like material used to construct buildings and walls. According to Kang, The Albino's fortified compound on Secarus IV was constructed from riddinite. (DS9: "Blood Oath") According to the script, his name was pronounced as "RID-in-ite". [1] According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia (3rd ed., p. 410), "The exterior of the Albino's compound was actually a Los Angeles building designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The real building was supplemented by a matte painting supervised by Gary Hutzel, supplemented with a miniature by Karl Martin."
