Throughout One Tree Hill's run, there were five different houses that were home to members of the Scott family: * 1829 Barnette Drive, also known as the Roe house, was home to Karen Roe and her son, Lucas Scott. Between seasons four and five, Karen left this house to Lucas. * The Scott beach house was Dan Scott's house on Tree Hill's beach. After his divorce from Deb, the beach house became his primary residence. * The Scott-Lee house, also known as the original Scott house and the Lee house, was the home of Dan Scott and his wife, Deb Lee, as well as their son Nathan. After their divorce, the house was given to Deb. * The Scott-James house, first seen in season five, was purchased as the home of Nathan Scott and Haley James Scott, as well as their children, Jamie and Lydia.
