A senior Weapon who becomes King Zachary's counselor after Devon Wainwright is killed. He is also chief of the Weapons. He has a gruff voice, gray hair, bushy gray eyebrows, and hawk's eyes that have an intensity borne of twenty-five years as a Weapon. In Blackveil, he participated in the arrangement of King Zachary's and Lady Estora's deathbed marriage, and for drugging and removing Laren as their opposition. When King Zachary awoke and learned of the events that transpired during his coma, Colin was forced into retirement and ordered to train new Weapons on the Forge.
