Kingwall Maximum Security Penitentiary is a Prison located near the city of Seattle where it holds all the cities dangerous prisoners and criminals that are caught by the police or Green Arrow and Team Arrow. Recently the prison held for a short time Count Vertigo after he attacked the city before he was stopped by Green Arrow. However a short time later after his incarsaration he was released by Richard Dragon and joined his Team The Longbow Hunters.
