The green-skinned U-Tomodachi has the appearance of a tall kindergarten school girl. She has white knee socks, white shoes with yellow heels, a red mini-skirt, blue top, and a yellow school bag with a yello strap that has a large black star attached to it. She wears a kindergarten hat with the Death Buster Star on its center. Her red hair is tied into two little pigtails with pink ponytail holders. She has big eyes that are black and blue and a red swirl on both her cheeks. Both of her arms are long and white with an opening on each end for her spiked jump rope to come out of.
