Like several other Sims from Académie Le Tour, Emily starts off with no gender preference. Strangely she has pre-set relationships with Phineaus Furley, and Ellen Frost, as well as several local NPCs - Gisela Rosa, Carmen Patch, Jack Fuchs, Chris Cho, Zoe Barrett, and Suzie Alioto. None of these Sims have any relation towards Emily in return. It is unknown why Emily has these relationships, though it happens with several other Sims from University.
