Truth Churches are Observer created structures that make it impossible for Observers to perform Cerebral Scans. There are multiple Churches scattered throughout the different sectors. Although the exact nature of the buildings are unknown, the inability of Observers to peform scans allow Natives to report known Fugitives and collect rewards without fear of being exposed of their own crimes.
