Eldara was the wife of Geran I, the last survivor of the Rivan Line after the massacre of 4002. The daughter of an Algar cattle buyer, Hattan, and his Sendarian wife Layla, Eldara first met Geran when he turned 16, and fell in love almost instantly (the Purpose is quite fond of love at first sight.) Despite her family's misgivings about Geran's vague origins, they married six months later, and Eldara gave Geran a son, Davon, in 4013.
