Lady Florzile of Nond (floor-ZEEL) is described as "A conservative, and rude as a Scanran". She is the matriarch of the Nond clan, and has apparently managed to raise her second son, Merovec of Nond so that "he is worth it, even if the old lady isn't." She is the mother of Merovec of Nond, Keladry's sister Adalia of Mindelan's husband. Presumably, Paxton of Nond, knight-master of Joren of Stone Mountain is her elder son. She is also presumably the sister-in-law or cousin of the late Francis of Nond.
