Blanket Filter is a technology in Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties. It's available at the Market in the Discovery Age for all Asian civilizations. It lets Villagers gather coin from mines 5% faster. It's similar to the Placer Mines of the Europeans and Native Americans, but cheaper and less effective.
