The episode starts off with Tinky-Winky and Po watching the news. It says that George W. Bush won the presidental election under the name Farty McWhiz. Tinky-Winky shuts off the TV and wonders where Laa-Laa and Dipsy are. Tinky-Winky looks to the left only to see that Po has already gone off to search for them. Then Tinky-Winky goes after her. Meanwhile, the authorities of UnAmerica are starting to get suspicious of George W. Bush. They start asking him questions, but he summons Painis Cupcake who eats the authorities. He then starts watching an episode of the Teletubbies.
