When George Mason decided to hand over the captured and grievously-injured terrorist Alexis Drazen to his father and brother in exchange for Jack Bauer, he ordered Tony Almeida to contact Chris Porterfield. Chris was an LAPD officer who could give CTU Los Angeles control of the area around 2127 Grand Avenue, where the trade was to take place. ("9:00pm-10:00pm")
