Shichen (杮川郡 shichen-hwen, locally shichen-kun) is the most populated county in the Kingdom of Rangya. The county's capital is Shichen City. The national capital, Rangya City (Urarinkhyu), is located on an island in the river delta of the River Elixir, which flows through the county. The commercial business districts of Suiyuchen and Shichen City, together with Rangya City, which they surround, form the main downtown core of the metropolitan area of Shichen and Rikuk counties, the de facto economic capital of the kingdom. The kingdom's only international airport is located in Suiyuchen.
