Henno is a Staff Sergeant within Red Troop of the SAS. Throughout S1 and S3 he is troop leader and even when not official leader (Season's 2/4) he seems to gain the most respect. He has a tough attitude and may seem at first to be bullyish however throughout the series he shows signs of humour and a friendly attitude indicating this not to be the case. He also shows that he isn't only brawn making good tactical decisions, , he experience somewhat of a 'hard' child life pushing him towards a more macho adult life in the sas,
