Its current and first host is Gilty Cin, presumably a member of the PPC, and it presumably broadcasts from somewhere inside HQ, as its broadcast during the Fifth Anniversary of the Board was cut off during the evacuation out of HQ because of the the Macrovirus Epidemic. PPC Radio is not affiliated with Radio Nutmeg, run by Agent Undis Closed; they are in fact rivals.
