3ème Bureau is a subdivision of the french music group Wagram Music along with Cinq7 and Wagram Label. Established since january 2008 and located in Paris, the structure is as focused on emerging artists as on confirmed talents in various music genres such as hip-hop, rock, french pop and electronica. Its roster contains french acts like La Casa as well as international acts such as Crookers and is said to be expanding in the very near future, particularly on hip-hop acts.
