Runka Streamdog was a male otter of the outlaw otterclans on Green Isle, and brother to Banya Streamdog. He was slim, fully grown, and nondescript in appearance. Runka and an ottermaid named Memsy volunteered to go to the wildcat fortress (which housed a feral cat army under Riggu Felis), pose as slaves, and become the eyes and ears among the enemy. After Leatho Shellhound was captured by the cats during an attempt to free the prisoners, Runka and Memsy escaped to alert the other otters. However, the two were seen, and Runka was slain by Scorecat Yund. Memsy made it back to Holt Summerdell to tell the rest of the clans what had happened.
