Hayll (pronounced "hi-EEL") was a Territory in Terreille. The native Hayllian's were one of the long-lived races. Dorothea SaDiablo ruled Hayll as it's High Priestess in lieu of a Queen strong enough to challenge her Red Jewel. Over the centuries, Dorothea's encroachment spread from Hayll through the rest of Terrielle, until she practically dominated the entire Realm through her lighter-Jeweled "pet Queens".
