The Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System, also known as GLaDOS, is a major character of the first person puzzle Portal franchise as the main antagonist of the first game, and the first half of Portal 2, before she becomes the deuteragonist in the second half following Wheatley's betrayal. She was voiced by Ellen McLain.
