Eye of Peshkov is a legendary spirit stone for the Monk in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop. Wearing the stone causes Monks to appear with their eyes closed. It is mostly known for allowing the bearer to cast Breath of Heaven approximately twice as often, and in addition has a guaranteed socket.
