Kept on Swinging is a PP trial in Dead Rising 3. Using the Defiler, you must kill a total of 200 zombies. This is easily accomplished by using the weapon's heavy hitting spinning attack in a large group of zombies. Once accomplished, the challenge will yield 10,000 PP.
