Rashka was a straight-forward baron in the Duchy of Strymon. When he had to wait too long to use the garderobe at Castle Sirmion, he kicked down the door, revealing the bloodless body of the twelfth Count of Sirmion, Constans, who had been killed in the garderobe by a vampire. Rashka's response to finding the Count was simply, "Scratch another one."
