Kazimir Inoyatov was a human male New Republic officer, serving in the Security Service. Hailing from the military-oriented planet of O'zbekiston in the Inner Rim Territories, Kazimir graduated the Toshkent Higher Command College at age 18 in 21 ABY and was recruited into the Service.
