Dede Gardner is an American film producer and President of Plan B Entertainment founded by actor, Brad Pitt. On January 24, 2012, she was nominated for an Academy Award for the film The Tree of Life. Other notable films to her credit include, Running With Scissors (2006), A Mighty Heart (2007) The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford (2007), Word War Z (2013) and 12 Years a Slave (2013).
