Grant's original version was not a hit, but the song was remade three years later by Rockers Revenge, a studio project assembled by producerArthur Baker. The single, with vocals by Donnie Calvin, wasNUMBERone on the dance charts for oneWEEK.[1] The single did not chart on the Hot 100, but did peak atNUMBER sixty-three on the soulSINGLES chart.[2] It also reached number 4 on the UK Singles Chart.[3]
