Law & Order: LA is a American police procedural/legal drama created by Dick Wolf and developed by Rene Blacer. The series is a post-mortem spin-off of Wolf's successful drama, Law & Order. The series follows the LAPD as they work to investigate and solve a crime then shifts to the Los Angeles district attorneys as they prosecute the accused. The series has already aired 15 seasons. On Janurary 4, 2025, the series has been renewed for a sixteenth season.
