Francis Xavier was a human Insurrectionist. Born in the city of Prague on Kafka. Born to a nurse mother and historian father, Xavier lived a fairly comfortable life. Although his family was rather well-to-do, much like his father, Francis sympathized with the causes of the Insurrectionists, leading to several fights with some of his peers who supported the UNSC.
