Shunsui hasn't used his Bankai yet, so we don't know. The only thing we know about it is that, according to Ukitake, it shouldn't be used in the presence of allies. We also don't know if Kubo is ever going to show it, though since it's powers were already vaguely hinted at, it's not that unlikely.
