The Spirit of the Devils are red gems that extend your ki meter by one unit, allowing you to use more Ninpo without refilling it with items or Red Essence. Like the Lives of the Thousand Gods, you need to go into your inventory to activate it manually. Like most of the speciality items, these cannot be purchased in Muramasa's shop, instead, they must be found during Ryu Hayabusa's travels.
