Richard Mitchell (January 30, 1967 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Bruceton Mills, WV. He competed in four Busch Series events in his career. All of those races came in 2002, when Mitchell became the first driver for Mac Hill Motorsports. Starting 33rd in his debut at Nashville, Mitchell had an engine let go early and finished a disappointing 35th. He didn't fare better when he returned to Nashville in June, finishing 34th after a crash. But Mitchell was running at the end of his last two races, finishing a career-best 23rd at Richmond and 32nd at Rockingham.
