This young SS officer worked in Castle Brunwald in the communications room. He was one of the female SS officer's subordinates. When his superior alerted him and his co-operators of the two men, he was seen having difficulty with getting his sidearm out of its holster. With his fellows he followed her into the burning dining room in pursuit of Indiana Jones and his father, where Jones trapped them by jamming the door with a bust of Hitler. They all presumably burned to death.
