All that is known about Stacey's childhood is that her Father was a Military man and her Mother was a Chinese adviser to the US Military. She was born in Japan but was raised in the US at a young age. Prior to joining S.T.A.R.S. she was a USAF Combat weatherman operator. As a Special Tactics And Rescue Service member, she was assigned as Sharpshooter within Charlie team in contrast to Kevin who was Delta's Sharpshooter. She assigned as pointman since she was already an expert in Recon operations.
