The Storm Blots are unused bosses in Epic Mickey. The first picture has Genie from Aladdin, Clarabelle Cow, Horace Horsecollar, Dopey from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and King Richard from Robin Hood. It would have summoned these forgotten characters at you. The second one is the one which tossed Spatters at you. They were replaced by Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.
