Waber'ought (pronounced "WAH-ber-aut") was a male Bith reporter during the Clone Wars, who was the partner of Syal Niccin. Both he and Syal joined the 1337 N00B5 after losing their job as a duo of frontline news reporters on the Corellian Newsnet. Waber'ought had a very different writing style from Syal, whose sensationalist catchphrases and emphasis on catching attention was scorned by Waber'ought. He wrote formally and in a high-mannered style, and was serious about the rules of the Basic language. During his time with the 1337 N00B5, Waber'ought wrote articles for the 1337 J0URN41Z.
