Roache is a character from The Perils Of Penelope. He is the henchman of the villainous Dr. Godber, although more sympathetic. He ponders over what Professor Borender and Sir Jeremy Hodge mean by the formula of their fuel polluting the sea, and later changes sides during Gordon Tracy and Godber's gun fight when Hodge tells him to stop the train, but Godber shoots him before he can do so.
