Larry Hines works for the MCO as one of the three Assistant Directors in the New York City office. In the Spring of 2007 he is assigned to work with Carlos Jefferson on “Precognitives – Prediction Failure K4.” This involves the inability of Precogs to see or understand the future beyond Spring 2008.
