The N38 has pinpoint accuracy when scoped in, but the bullet has large spread radius when fired unscoped. The scope will sway while zoomed in, but with the right timing, a headshot can be executed. A headshot is a one-hit kill, but body shots generally require two or more shots to kill an enemy.
