HMS Shadow was a modified fast dispatch boat of the Royal Manticoran Navy, assigned to the Office of Naval Intelligence. By 1902 PD, the vessel had been equipped with state-of-the-art surveillance technology. Although it was originally designed and outfitted for twelve crewmembers, there was actually barely enough place left for seven. Shadow was used by Tech Team 4 to investigate the use of the "crippler" in the Silesian Confederacy. (HHA4.2: WOS)
